At Tip N Lift, our body building solutions cover standard flatbeds through to a tailored design and build; matching the specific requirements of your business. Unlike many bodybuilding suppliers, we don’t just stock standard options and sizes. We work with you from the outset and understand what you need before developing a solution that perfectly matches the way you need to operate your vehicles. Whether delivering or moving building products, machinery, or specialist equipment, we promise durability, safety, and performance.
By combining our expertise in bodybuilding and sub-structure design, we are able to supply a range of vehicle solutions which as well as flatbeds and drop-sides, can also incorporate tail and second car lifts, cheese wedge and extending bodies for oversized loads, and moffett mounts for off-loading solutions.
Once we know the size and load of the vehicle, we can build with a selection of floor options from steel, bamboo, wood, or insulated composite. The choice is always yours.
And with a range of add-ons and accessories, we can equip your vehicle based on how you use it, including everything from toolboxes, sensor systems and lighting options.
OUR APPROACH

And, to maximise the pay load of the vehicle, our in-house software helps calculate the overall efficiency associated with the sub-structure design whilst ensuring safety and compliance.
OUR PROCESS
Our customers often tell us how easy they find dealing with us. And to make things easy and straight forward we like to know what your plan is from the very start because when we have this information upfront it reduces problems or changes later in the process.
Our starting point is the choice of chassis. You can either buy this and arrange delivery or alternatively let us handle it for you. Then we can start the bodybuilding and sub-structure design. All we need is the size of the body and materials being carried. Our experts can then advise on how best to design and build your vehicle allowing you to make the decisions to help tailor to your requirements.
And throughout the design stage, you will be able to see your vehicle in more detail with 2D CAD drawings available and for higher-spec projects we also offer 3D models so you can fully visualise before the build process starts.
