Collection, delivery, and consignment services where applicable.
All quotations, orders, and agreements are subject to these Terms.
3. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You must not:

Use the site for fraudulent or misleading activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
4. Orders and Quotations
All product and service quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to refuse any order where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or pricing errors occur.
Prices shown on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch of goods unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
For trade or consignment clients, payment terms are as agreed in the relevant account agreement.
We accept payment by approved methods listed at checkout.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or factors outside our control.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection of the goods.
Any shortages or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Parts and Products
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Services
Where cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the customer will be charged for time and materials incurred up to the cancellation point.
Faulty workmanship will be rectified free of charge if reported within 30 days of completion.
8. Warranty
All parts supplied by Tip N Lift are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 12 months).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorised modification.
9. Consignment Stock and Refurbishment Service
Where Tip N Lift holds stock on behalf of a client:
The stock remains the client’s property at all times.
Tip N Lift accepts responsibility for reasonable storage and handling care but is not liable for loss caused by fire, theft, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Tip N Lift shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including downtime, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods or services in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
